*As of July 1st, 2007, fee is now $75.00 from a previous $65.00.

The MAT test fee of $75.00 is non-refundable and non-transferable after one calendar week prior to the date for which I am registered. Ten dollars of the registration fee is non-refundable. I understand that if I do not appear for the testing section for which I am registered, or do not notify the Testing Office one calendar WEEK prior to the date for which I am registered, I am not entitled to a fee refund, and my registration and fee are not transferable to another date.
